J&J is by far the best carpet cleaning service out there! I have 2 small children and I always have other children over so you can only imagine the traffic that goes through. I first tried the rug doctor to try and do it my self! The carpet didn't stay clean very long. I then reached out to other carpet cleaners again it didn't stay clean very long and when they were finish there was a smell I didn't like!! So I was recommended J&J and I'm so glad I was!! Jeffery is very nice and professional and he knows his stuff! Apperently we have been cleaning the carpet wrong and he explained to me it was matted so it was a bit of extra work for him. I also have 3 rugs and Jeffery said he could do them too! I was really surprised because no one ever offers to do more work right? No Jeffery kept a great attitude the whole time!! J&J is also very affordable. I would highly recommend J&J!

Jeffery is a very professional and honest man. My apartment is on the 3rd Floor corner and it was very tough to find anyone who had a portable cleaner. Professional work, humble guy and knows what he is doing. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Since I tend to reviews all the negative places, I think it's time for my first positive and well deserved one. Jeffrey is the man! Been using this guy for the past 2 years. Really takes his time cleaning your carpet. Doesn't rush in and out like the others. This is one honest hard working dude. I highly recommend his services. Leaves your carpets looking new!

Wow!!! Jeffrey is so professional and did an amazing job in my 3 bedroom. He was meticulous and took out some nasty stains. I have two kids and a crazy dog: Coffee, and even putty play dough my kids got stuck and stained the carpet. He was so nice too!!! I found Jeffrey on Yelp. All five star reviews except one review from a woman who sounds unreasonable and you can see how gross her carpet was! Honestly it was a great value for great service! I don't know what carpet shampoo he uses but it smell so nice: the smell is not over powering it's almost Smells of cinnamon or something. I was in the process of moving out too and he was able to work around our move out mayhem. My dad was helping me move and now plans on using him for his carpets. I love awesome customer service! I'm so grateful! Thanks again sir if you happen to see this.
